You can't pour from an empty cup. So, first take care of your health. In the contemporary world we live in, today most of the people are running in the cat race to earn more and more money, ignoring health and fitness. But have we ever thought where this is taking us to? Are we doing justice to our body? Certainly, the answer would be a big no. To work with efficacy we need to follow a healthy lifestyle, balancing both health and work. 


Let's say there's a two-wheeler bike. If one wheel gets punctured then we won't be able to progress further. Even if we try to progress then the efforts would increase and would quit very soon. Similar is the case of life. Work and health are the two wheels of life. Ignoring anyone means ceasing the process of growth. We have to manage both parallelly. If we just keep on working, this will lead us nowhere. So, here is a list of things which a person should inculcate to stay fit along with the workaholic attitude.


1. Plan and Priotorise


Making a plan and sticking to it always work. Figuring out the things according to priority is the best way one can do to stay healthy with work alongside.   


2. Sleep Smart


Sleeping is the foundation to maintain fitness routines. Just like work sleep must be scheduled. Sleeping relaxes the mind and freshens up the mood. One can observe the activeness in the body after proper sleep.


3. Engaging In A Sport


Fitness doesn't only comprises the heavy workout, gym or yoga. But it can be simple participation in any sports activity. This will make us more regular as we would willingly love to do the job. 


4. Reward Yourself


 A reward is the best thing you can keep for yourself. This will help you to go a long way. Rewards can be very simple things just to keep going.


5. Be Multitasking


In the fast-moving world finding time for things other than work becomes an intricate task. So, being a multitasking person would overcome this problem and help us in going through.


6. Do It For Yourself


 If you don't love yourself, no one else is going to love you. So doing the things for your own self will work in keeping you healthy and fit. 


I believe in creating habits that nourish and not restrictions that punish. So, limiting your self to work will never serve the purpose. An assiduous person out there should understand that it is important to remain healthy in order to become wealthy.
